General Terms and Condtions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase of courses and vouchers from UK Fishing School by UK consumers. By purchasing our courses or vouchers, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Refund Policy

Courses: All course bookings are non-refundable, including cancellations by the purchaser.
Vouchers: All gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Rescheduling Courses

Course dates may be rescheduled at the sole discretion of UK Fishing School.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled course, you may request a reschedule, but approval is at UK Fishing School’s discretion.

4. Right to Cancel, Reschedule, or Revise Courses

UK Fishing School reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or revise course dates, content, or instructors at any time.
In the event of cancellation by UK Fishing School, we will offer an alternative date or course of equivalent value. No refunds will be issued.

5. Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
Vouchers can only be redeemed for courses offered by UK Fishing School and are subject to availability.
Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

6. Consumer Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available for the course date you have booked.
Participants must hold a valid UK fishing licence where required and provide proof upon request. Failure to comply with licensing requirements may result in your exclusion from the course without refund.
Participants must comply with all health and safety instructions provided during the course.

7. Liability

UK Fishing School is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the course unless caused by our negligence.
UK Fishing School is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from cancellations or rescheduling of courses.

8. Data Protection

Any personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Data Protection Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
